Product description

HDCZ7X series flat cutting proofing system is a newly developed cutting proofing system for packaging, color brush, advertising, display and other industries. It adopts two independent module designs, which has excellent expandability and a real interchangeable tool head. Comes with tools such as vibrating knife, pressure roller, drag knife, V cutter, pen, etc., cutting thickness can reach 60mm, can easily deal with various materials, such as corrugated paper, honeycomb board, cardboard, foam, gray board, KT board, snow Fuban and so on. HDCZ7X uses a new platform design, replacing the original profile frame with a steel frame, and redesigning the platform partition structure, which has stronger suction and more stable mechanical performance. Thanks to the automatic tool setting device, the machine is more intelligent. After changing the tool, only one button of automatic tool setting can be used to automatically set the depth of the tool to avoid man-made misoperation and cutting the table. Depending on the cutting material and application industry, it can also be called, carton proofing machine, proofing machine, advertising cutting machine, display cutting machine, foam cutting machine, intelligent cutting proofing system, etc. It can be applied to cutting, proofing and small batch production of packaging, color printing, advertising, display and other industries.
